Dear Client, making an order from the Online Store DISSA.org you agree with all terms and conditions stated below:
1. The Client voluntary provides his/ her personal data to process and deliver the Order. The Online Store DISSA.org requests for the Client personal data which are only necessary to process and deliver the Order. The received information won’t be transferred to the third parties, excluding cases, specified by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. The Online Store DISSA.org undertakes to ensure the goods, which have been chosen and paid by the Client while making the Order from the Online Store DISSA.org, to be delivered by post.
3. Relations between the Client and the Online Store DISSA.org (the Seller) are governed by provisions of Law of the Czech Republic on Personal Data Protection №101/2000 Sb. (https://www.zakonyprolidi.cz/cs/2000-101)
and the Directive of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union № 2016/679 (https://www.uoou.cz/assets/File.ashx?id_org=200144&id_dokumenty=31062), as well as other regulations, which are in force at the moment the deal is concluded by the parties.
4. The Online Store DISSA.org is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions, therefore the Client is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions as might be amended and uploaded in the Section „Terms & Conditions“.
5. The EU applied a law on August 1st, 2026, regarding shipping, and as a result of that:
We do not ship orders to the USA or Puerto Rican.
For orders outside the EU, the order amount must be at least USD 90.
We would like to draw your attention, that:
1. Making orders from Online Store is possible 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
2. Orders‘ processing and their dispatch is made during the working days from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m
3. The delivery is carried out by post.
